• FTP toegang - De meest eenvoudige manier om uw site te uploaden is via FTP. U kunt met een FTP client (zoals bijvoorbeeld WsFTP onder Windows) een verbinding leggen naar uw eigen sitenaam of naar hosting.tiscali.nl. Uw content kunt u plaatsen in de www subdirectory.
• Shell toegang - Voor gevorderde beheerders meestal de geprefereerde manier om hun site te onderhouden. Via zowel SSH als Telnet kunt u toegang krijgen tot uw hosting. U legt de SSH of Telnet connectie ook weer naar uw eigen sitenaam of naar hosting.tiscali.nl. Telnet toegang is alleen beschikbaar als u bent ingelogd op het Tiscali netwerk zelf. Als u vanaf een andere provider uw site wilt onderhouden kan dit alleen via SSH of FTP.

If you are maintaining your site while logged on to another ISP's network only SSH or FTP connections are available.
